Every PRIZERUN race can be entered for free by post. Free entries go into the same draw as paid tickets: a randomly allocated horse from the same allocation sequence, identical 1-in-N odds, and the same fixed prize if it wins.
The printed form is optional — writing the same details on any piece of paper counts exactly the same.
Postal entries received by 5pm the day before the race are entered into that race's allocation ahead of the off, receive a randomly allocated horse from the same sequence as paid entries, and are settled on the official result exactly as paid entries are. Every postal entry also carries one chance in the nightly £250 draw at 9.30pm, exactly as each paid entry does. Winners are notified by the contact details on the postcard and prizes are paid in full — there is no difference in odds, allocation, prize or treatment between free and paid entries. Identity is verified before any prize is paid, on paid and postal winners alike.
Free entry is open to GB residents aged 18 or over. Illegible, incomplete or enclosed entries cannot be processed. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Postal entries are matched by name, address and date of birth to apply the 5-entries-per-person-per-race limit — exactly as accounts are on the paid route. Postal entries carry identical odds and identical prizes to paid entries in the race they enter, and count as chances in that day's Night Draw.
